A tactical shooter from Gearbox, Brothers in Arms Road to Hill 30 retraces the first days of the Normandy landing through the eyes of a paratrooper squad, placing manoeuvre at the heart of the game rather than frontal shooting. The commanding of teammates to fix and flank the enemy, the historical authenticity and the restrained writing make it a thoughtful, striking war FPS. The dated handling and a production below the HD versions weigh. A good shooter for fans of tactical FPS and war narrative.
