Wii port of Call of Duty with pointer aiming. Decent feel, faithful campaign, online multi active back then. Visible technical compromises versus HD versions, but the Wii FPS experience remains one of the more solid on the console.
FPS developed by Treyarch and published by Activision in Canada in November 2010. Alex Mason is interrogated about his Cold War operations - Cuba, Vietnam, Berlin - to locate a Soviet chemical weapon. Cinematic solo campaign with flashbacks and revelations, robust online multiplayer with class customization and cooperative Zombies mode. Wii version with adapted pointer controls and online multiplayer.

Call of Duty - Black Ops (Wii) price, value & rarity
Is Call of Duty - Black Ops still worth playing in 2026?
A Wii port of Treyarch's FPS, Call of Duty Black Ops brings the Cold War espionage campaign and its multiplayer to Nintendo's console, with pointer aiming. The snappy staging, the spectacular pace and the presence of the online and zombies modes impressed for the platform. The technical presentation well behind the HD versions and the server closure limit the interest. A solid FPS on Wii for fans of pointer shooting and the curious about the port.
