The levels are drawn as models seen in three-quarter view, so detailed that roof tiles and crates can be told apart. Entering a building triggers no loading: the roof disappears and the interior opens in cutaway, with its partitions and stairs, giving each map the look of a military doll's house.
Six specialists with exclusive skills make up the team, and the story lies in their complementarity: the diver cannot pick a lock, the marksman cannot swim, so no mission is told from the point of view of a single man. The Second World War becomes a matter of coordination rather than bravery.
