Is De Blob 2 still worth playing in 2026?
A platformer from Blue Tongue, De Blob 2 moves a ball of paint that brings colour and life back to a city under a grey, authoritarian regime, absorbing hues to repaint buildings and inhabitants. The colourful concept, the reactive jazzy soundtrack and the anti conformist message give the title real personality, playable in co-op. The repetitive gameplay and a sometimes wayward camera weigh it down. A good platform game for families and fans of joyful, original art direction on Xbox 360.
