Adapted from the Die Hard saga, Vendetta is a first person shooter that puts the famous John McClane back at the heart of the action, between firefights, hostage situations and explosions. The shooting system and a focus mode for precisely targeting enemies add a bit of character, and the atmosphere fits the films' tough tone. The presentation and enemy intelligence stay average, and the progression fairly linear. For Die Hard fans and lovers of 2000s action FPS, it offers a snappy, faithful ride, without reaching the genre's heights.
