DreamWorks film adaptation (Madagascar, Shrek, Flushed Away, etc.). Action-adventure for young players, film-faithful themed levels, accessible gameplay. Decent execution but no personality, target audience is young children. Of no particular interest otherwise.

Is DreamWorks Shark Tale still worth playing in 2026?

Adapted from DreamWorks' animated film Shark Tale, it sends the fish Oscar through colorful underwater levels mixing races, dodging and rhythmic minigames, faithful to the film's urban, musical tone. The wrapping is pleasant and the accessibility immediate, but the gameplay stays repetitive, on rails and shallow, with average presentation. For fans of the film, families and young players, it offers a colorful, faithful dive into the reef's world, with no lasting interest for others.
