Medieval action-RPG with two opposing campaigns (light and darkness). Basic hack & slash gameplay but successful dark gothic atmosphere. Technically limited but atmosphere compensates. A niche game for dark fantasy fans on Xbox.

Is Enclave still worth playing in 2026?

A third person action game from Starbreeze, Enclave alternates two opposing campaigns, light and dark, through fantasy medieval levels crossed with sword, bow or magic. The gothic art direction, the polished lighting and the class variety stay an asset for the console. The stiff handling, repetitive combat and harsh difficulty date the whole. An honest hack and slash for fans of 3D medieval action and the curious about the early Starbreeze studio.
