The last major entry in the main series from Neversoft, Warriors of Rock leans on an epic Quest mode narrated by Gene Simmons, a hard rock and metal oriented tracklist and a character ability system. The energy of the tracks, the theatrical staging and the multi instrument play stay its strengths. The formula runs out of steam against the genre fatigue of the time, and the Quest mode divides. A rhythm game for fans of Guitar Hero and energetic rock after a final session in multiplayer.
