An adaptation of the first film, Philosopher's Stone has a novice Harry discover Hogwarts, learning his first spells and facing short trials. Linear and signposted, the game bets on the wonder of discovering the castle and respect for the plot, more than on rich gameplay. Stiff handling and floor level difficulty betray a young target. Today it will above all charm nostalgic fans of the saga or children in love with this founding world.
