A cooperative action RPG from Snowblind in the Lord of the Rings universe, War in the North follows a trio of heroes waging a parallel war in the north of Middle-earth, through bloody combat and loot driven progression. The three player co-op, the customisation system and the mature tone, darker than the usual adaptations, give the adventure character. The repetitiveness and an uneven production weigh. An action RPG to recommend for Tolkien fans and lovers of cooperative loot driven hack and slash.
