A freestyle BMX game clearly inspired by the Tony Hawk formula, this Activision title backed by rider Mat Hoffman offers open arenas where you chain tricks and combos to rack up points within a time limit. The sense of flow, the wealth of tricks and the chase for scores still work very well in short sessions. The angular 3D and the shadow of the Tony Hawk model limit its originality. A good extreme sports game for fans of score attack and 2000s BMX culture.
