The outfits are mismatched, open shirts and bandanas, deliberately breaking with the uniformity of official simulations.
Hip-hop takes up all the space, but the mix treats it as a physical source: the music seems to come from a boombox set at the edge of the field, with the saturated bass and trimmed treble that implies. A successful play triggers a recorded shout from the crowd rather than a jingle, which keeps the scene at street level.
