The last Wii episode of Konami's series, PES 2012 extends the pointer approach by polishing the handling and updating the rosters, in direct continuity with the previous ones. The tactical finesse of cursor control, the quality of the football engine and the PES spirit make it a singular, satisfying simulation. The technical lag behind the HD versions and the absence of real novelty weigh on it. An original football for PES loyalists on Wii and fans of the pointer tactical approach.
