Is Pocket Fighter still worth playing in 2026?

A super deformed fighting game from Capcom, Pocket Fighter gathers the stars of Street Fighter and Darkstalkers in supercharged chibi style clashes, where special moves trigger comical animations and costume changes. The gem system to boost attacks and the pervasive humour make it an accessible, joyful versus. The reduced technicality places it far from the genre's pillars. A light, colourful brawler for fans of laid-back versus and of Capcom.
