Every corner is taken in a long controlled slide, the car pivoting sideways in a plume of tire smoke, black streaks marking the asphalt and the bodywork leaning into the load. Far from realism, the game exalts the arcade purity of the drift, where the elegance of a line held in slide counts more than a circuit's ideal path.
The soundtrack forms a loop with the driving. Holding a drift fills the nitrous gauge, and the music answers this rise: the trance pads intensify as the reserve charges, then burst into a euphoric peak the moment you release the thrust. Far from a mere selection, the score keys itself to the drift-boost gesture, making the rhythm a direct feedback of the driving rather than a backdrop.
