LucasArts action in the Star Wars universe, playing Jango Fett as bounty hunter. Mandalorian gadgets, varied missions and prequel atmosphere respected. Camera and level design sometimes annoying but the concept holds. Pleasant without joining the elite Star Wars club.

Story

In the purest idiom of John Williams, the orchestra unfurls a hushed menace perfectly in tune with Jango Fett's manhunt. Dark brass and taut percussion underline every contract at cinematic scale. This symphonic breadth, faithful to the Star Wars galaxy, gives the game an immediately recognisable gravity.

Is Star Wars - Bounty Hunter still worth playing in 2026?

Released in 2002, this LucasArts action game puts Jango Fett centre stage, in a plot that lights up the prequel era origins. The bounty hunter's kit, jetpack, blasters and rocket launcher, allows a muscular, vertical approach to fights. The target hunting and the cinematic staging support the mood. The dated camera and a certain stiffness show today, yet fans of third person action and of the Star Wars universe find a faithful, enjoyable detour worth a run.
