Test Drive Unlimited 2 carries the festival to Ibiza and Oahu with a deeper online mode and a career that unfolds further. The technical side, however, lags behind the first entry, and while the freedom stays pleasant, the result sometimes lacks the sunny flair that gave the original its magic.
