Hard to match such a selection: from Motörhead's "Ace of Spades" to hip-hop and ska, every track cracks at full power. The music sticks to the rhythm of the combos, turning the slightest session into a jubilant outlet. This cult assortment left its mark on a whole generation of virtual skaters.

Collector interest

A late entry in the benchmark skateboarding series, extending the trick-and-scoring formula at the console's end of life, sometimes under the Skateboarding title depending on the market. Still common in the West, its interest lies in the continuity of a landmark franchise rather than scarcity. An affordable piece for anyone wanting to complete the Tony Hawk line on the machine.

Better with friends

An even more generous arcade skater, whose reverts extend combos endlessly and feed score duels of wild intensity. The competition rewards creativity and risk-taking, each line becoming a signature you try to surpass. Spectacular and accessible, it unleashes friendly rivalries where you pass the pad while commenting on every insane string.

Is Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 still worth playing in 2026?

Released in 2001 on PS1, Neversoft's port adapts the next generation console formula on Sony's machine. The revert that revolutionises infinite combos arrives on PS1, but the engine sacrifices a few levels and the readability of some effects. The punk and hip hop soundtracks remain excellent and the handling keeps its flavour. Recommended today for Tony Hawk fans curious about the PS1 transition toward the next generation, for Neversoft nostalgics and for PS1 collectors fond of late ports never re released on modern label platforms on Sony's first home console hardware globally.
