Urban Reign offers a gritty street brawler from Namco. Precise unarmed combat, wrestling holds and fun local multi. Niche but seriously effective for genre fans.

Is Urban Reign still worth playing in 2026?

A beat 'em up from Namco, Urban Reign leans on a technical, snappy combat system where grabs, counters, weapons and environments form demanding urban clashes, playable up to four in a chaotic versus mode. The depth of the close combat mechanics, the high difficulty and the multiplayer fun make for a solid vent for genre fans. The thin story and a dated production weigh a little. A good brawler for fans of technical street fighting and multiplayer brawling.
