Raven Software offer an unjustly forgotten Wolfenstein 2009, where BJ Blazkowicz fights the Reich with supernatural Veil powers. The shooting still convinces, the pulp writing works, and the 360 receives an honest adventure FPS that truly deserves a second chance for anyone who missed it in 2009.

Is Wolfenstein still worth playing in 2026?

An FPS from Raven Software, Wolfenstein returns to B.J. Blazkowicz in a city occupied by the Nazis and their occult experiments, with supernatural powers tied to a dimensional veil that alters perception and combat. The snappy action, the esoteric alternate history mood and the Medallion powers stay gripping. The repetitive semi open world and an uneven presentation weigh. A good FPS for fans of snappy shooting and supernatural alternate history against a World War II backdrop.
