Decent and accessible James Bond shooter, typical of licensed games of the era. FPS sections are honest, splitscreen multiplayer is fun. Nothing transcendent but unpretentious entertainment for license fans.

Is 007 - Agent Under Fire still worth playing in 2026?

A first person shooter from EA, 007 - Agent Under Fire plunges the player into James Bond's shoes through a succession of espionage missions paced by firefights, driving phases and gadgets worthy of the franchise. The cinematic action spirit, the variety of situations and the atmosphere faithful to the films appeal to fans of snappy shooting and of the secret agent. The original scenario and a sometimes uneven production set it apart from the more memorable adaptations. For a fan of action FPS or of James Bond, the title keeps a preserved pace and atmosphere.
