RPG adaptation of the 3x3 Eyes manga, strictly for fans of the property. Combat is functional but uninspired, and the production feels dated. Little reason to return without attachment to the source material.

A take on Yuzo Takada's manga, this reworked Saturn edition shipped with a promotional Special CD-ROM, Japan-only and in modest numbers. The pull lies more in that bonus disc, seldom kept with its original case, than in the rather minor narrative adventure itself. A niche item for Sanjiyan loyalists and Japanese Saturn catalogue completists, with little demand beyond that narrow circle.
