A late-cycle PS1 3D platformer aiming at the Banjo lineage. Pleasant dreamlike setting, wonky camera, uneven levels. Not unpleasant but clearly overshadowed by Spyro and Crash Bandicoot.

Description
3D platformer in which Ruff and Tumble travel through children's dreams. Published by GT Interactive, released in 1999. Fourteen dream levels with ten unlockable magical costumes, two player co-op mode and forty winks to collect in every dream.
Late GT Interactive 3D platformer, released when Spyro and Crash already owned the niche. The English PAL pressing is the most common of the three European variants. Loose copies stay cheap, yet sealed examples climb sharply: a title with no underlying demand whose price rests only on factory-sealed stock, scarce after a thin end-of-life print run.
