Tengen's ecological platformer with intrusive digitized voice, Awesome Possum is notoriously panned, which has not stopped a high value driven by genuine scarcity. The final print run was short and the quickly forgotten title is seldom kept complete, hence a sharp gap between loose and CIB prices. Its minimal Japanese distribution and reputation as a cult misfire fuel a curiosity-driven demand more than a play-driven one.
