Back to the Future Part II & III adapts the Robert Zemeckis films to NES with Marty McFly's temporal adventures. The version offers several uneven phases (hoverboard race, western platform) with variable quality. Pleasant for nostalgic fans, in the lower middle of 8 bit cinema tie ins.

Collector interest

This LJN sequel fuses the last two films, alternating hoverboard and saloon stages, and inherits the publisher's troubled reputation. Unlike the first entry, its later late-1990 release makes it somewhat scarcer, pulling its complete value close to its predecessor without reaching the same icon-of-failure status. Demand stays driven by completists of the trilogy on NES.
