The Japanese release of Batman Forever The Arcade Game, the film tie-in beat'em up that Acclaim aimed chiefly at Western markets. American license adaptations shipped to Japan had small runs there, making this local edition markedly rarer than its PAL or US NTSC counterparts. The interest lies in that unexpected regional scarcity more than in the merits of an arcade game that stayed minor.
