Konami's adaptation of the Tim Burton film, this Batman Returns in European guise benefits from the smaller PAL install base and shorter runs than the US version: a scarcer cart in the West, with multilingual manuals and a localized back cover often missing from incomplete lots. An atmospheric success by Konami, it carries a genuine reputation that props up demand. Loose stays affordable, but a clean complete European copy with a crisp cardboard box is markedly harder to assemble than its NTSC counterpart.

An excellent brawler that will delight Batman fans and lovers of polished 16 bit beat 'em ups.
