This PAL edition of Beethoven, a platformer from Hi-Tech Expressions based on the canine film, is a low-print title that has become genuinely hard to find complete in Europe. The small PAL base and a budget license publisher held production down, so a boxed copy with multilingual manual in decent shape climbs hard, while the bare cartridge stays more attainable. Real scarcity more than a desirable game: chased as a tough PAL piece rather than for its nonexistent play value.
