Each course is set in a different country and the artwork works to make it recognisable: heather and deep bunkers in Scotland, palms and a lagoon in Australia, firs and lakes in Germany, right down to the shades of green of the turf changing from one place to another. The view from behind the player keeps the flag visible in the distance, essential information made legible despite the range.
The soundtrack adopts a register of relaxation, electric guitar on sustained notes, supple bass, discreet percussion, a seaside-resort writing that never seeks to create tension even on a decisive putt. Each country receives a light instrumental colour, and the silence between two strokes lets the wind and the birds be heard.

On Neo Geo CD, loading between holes is the usual cost, but the CD soundtrack improves the experience. For retro sports fans and fans of SNK's clean design, still a timeless reference, especially in local versus play.
