Is Resident Evil - The Darkside Chronicles still worth playing in 2026?
A Chronicles sequel from Capcom, Darkside Chronicles extends the rail shooter, notably revisiting Resident Evil 2 and an original episode centred on Leon. The more mobile camera, the cinematic staging and the co-op strengthen the immersion over the first entry. The camera shake can bother and the on rails format stays restrictive. An excellent narrative light gun game for Resident Evil fans and lovers of two player pointer shooting after spectacular action.
