Argonaut LEGO Bionicle action-adventure. Six Toa characters, Mata Nui environments, basic gameplay. Mediocre execution, shaky framerate, thin content. For very young LEGO Bionicle fans only. Of no interest otherwise.

Is Bionicle still worth playing in 2026?

Adapted from Lego's Bionicle line and its world of biomechanical robots, this action adventure follows the Toa through levels blending combat, platforming and sliding sections. The idea of using the heroes' elemental powers is likable, but the execution stays stiff, the camera unreliable and the progression rather monotonous. The presentation shows its age. For Bionicle fans and young players attached to the Lego license, it offers a decent but unremarkable adventure, carried mainly by the appeal of the universe.
