Harvest Moon on GBA in its male version. Farm, raise animals, woo villagers... The pace is slow but genuinely relaxing. Undeniable gameplay comfort.

Is Bokujou Monogatari - Mineral Town no Nakama-tachi still worth playing in 2026?

A pillar of the Harvest Moon series, this farming life simulation hands the player their grandfather's neglected farm in Mineral Town, to rebuild season after season. Farming, raising animals, fishing, forging friendships and starting a family interweave in a daily cycle of addictive gentleness, where every day counts. The depth of the activities and the attachment to the villagers make it a genre model, still imitated today. For a fan of life simulation or someone curious about the farming game's roots, the title keeps a timeless charm and richness.
