A GBA Bomberman episode, Tournament weds the series' emblematic explosive multiplayer to a more ambitious solo adventure mode, dressed up with Charabom creature collecting and light RPG elements. Bomb placement, reading the blasts and chaining power-ups keep all their tactical effectiveness, especially in duels. The colourful presentation and the snappy pace have not aged.
