An imaginative flying action piece from Ubisoft and Argonaut. Playing a bionic bee with full 3D movement opens up unusual sensations, the thirteen missions vary nicely and the drum and bass soundtrack leaves a mark. The camera misbehaves at times, but the premise and execution keep a distinct charm.

Is Buck Bumble still worth playing in 2026?

Buck Bumble is an Ubisoft aerial action game in which you pilot a bionic bee defending its hive against an invasion of mutant insects, flying freely in three-dimensional environments. The original concept, the flight handling and a very striking soundtrack give it real personality. The wayward camera, sometimes confusing environments and a high difficulty temper the fun. For fans of retro aerial action games and offbeat N64 curiosities, it is a singular experience with a strong identity.
