A western prequel from Techland, Call of Juarez - Bound in Blood follows two Confederate brothers during and after the Civil War, in an FPS paced by gunfights, pistol duels and rides through Wild West settings. The fidelity to the western genre, the tense duel phases and the twilight mood win you over. The linearity and a dated AI weigh on it. A good FPS for fans of video game westerns and snappy frontier shooting, still pleasant to play through today.
