The NTSC version of Data East's Joe & Mac follow-up, Congo's Caper is a pleasant, colourful prehistoric platformer, common on the American market where the cart comes easily. Desirability sensibly concentrates on completeness: a clean cardboard box and manual carry the value, more than the game itself. A secondary but likeable entry in the US Data East catalogue, it appeals mainly to SNES platformer completists after a clean boxed copy rather than a genuinely rare piece.
