CrossFire is a Kyugo arcade action shoot ported to Kyugo Boueki NES with its commando facing enemy squads on foot in oblique view. The representation chains scrolling levels with military objective destruction in an arcade port formula. Honest for NES run and gun fans, curiosity of the 8 bit Kyugo catalog.

Collector interest

Japan only vertical shooter by Kyugo, a third party with a very limited Famicom presence. Its desirability rests on this profile of a small, low output publisher and on a restricted Japanese run that was never exported, making it an obscure title sought by fans of lesser known Famicom shooters. Boxed value climbs notably, driven by the scarcity intrinsic to Kyugo releases rather than by the game's own renown.
