Beat-'em-up based on the Crows manga, with the atmosphere of Japanese delinquent high school life well captured. Combat is solid and two-player mode enjoyable. A good surprise for genre fans.

Collector interest

Athena beat-em-up drawn from the Crows manga, kept exclusive to Japan in 1997. Its interest rests on the rarity of a manga license never localized and on a small publisher with a limited NTSC-J run. Buyers are manga fans and lovers of Japanese delinquent brawlers. The loose price sitting close to complete signals few copies in circulation, with the obi the deciding factor for import collectors.
