Collector interest

Super Famicom adaptation of Shotaro Ishinomori's cult manga, exclusive to Japan. Its desirability comes less from the game, judged stiff, than from its nature as a Japanese tie-in to a heritage license: Cyborg 009 collectors and fans of retro Japanese merchandise seek it to round out a themed set. SFC cardboard box, spine card and a nicely illustrated manual make the piece, with value concentrated on the clean complete copy rather than the bare cartridge.
