A Looney Tunes 3D platformer that's surprisingly generous for the genre. Daffy as Duck Dodgers works well, the shooting bits alternate nicely with the chase sections and the cartoon humour lands. The look is a touch garish, but it's an honest licensed outing easy to warm to.

American version of Infogrames' Looney Tunes platformer, titled Duck Dodgers Starring Daffy Duck (the European one swaps the names). Released August 2000, three-language box, with an especially small late NTSC print run. It is the priciest variant of the game across all regions: loose already tops a hundred euros and sealed reaches steep highs, the effect of pronounced end-of-life scarcity on an otherwise decent but non-cult title.

Is Duck Dodgers Starring Daffy Duck still worth playing in 2026?

Daffy Duck Starring as Duck Dodgers is an Infogrames 3D platformer in which the famous duck dons the costume of space hero Duck Dodgers for wacky adventures across space. The cartoon humor faithful to the Looney Tunes universe and the variety of settings bring a certain charm. The wayward camera, imprecise handling and uneven level design quickly show its limits. For fans of retro licensed 3D platformers and the Looney Tunes universe, it is a likable curiosity but far from the genre's benchmarks.
