Far from the controversial original, this Game Boy Color version surprises with its genre change and unexpected quality. The name conjures one of PC gaming's most notorious flops, but this portable adaptation has almost nothing to do with it: a top-down action-RPG with time travel, far worthier than its reputation. Its genuine lack of resources and obscurity doomed it in advance. A curiosity ripe for rehabilitation, for fans of little-known Zelda-likes.
