The European Darkman from Ocean posts the higher value of the two markets, often above the USA in both loose and complete. A British publisher, Ocean distributed widely across PAL, yet this late-1991 title survived poorly and clean copies are scarce. The angle here is the usual reversal: it is Europe, not the USA, that holds the dearer pressing of this Sam Raimi film tie-in.
