Multi-event sports Kunio-kun style. Race, wrestling, ice hockey, etc., with the Nekketsu Olympics cast. Offbeat combat and exaggerated physics are the franchise's salt. Shorter than a NES Nekketsu, but the spirit's there. For Kunio-kun fans and co-op with friends.

Is Downtown - Nekketsu Koushinkyoku - Dokodemo Daiundoukai still worth playing in 2026?

Downtown: Nekketsu Koushinkyoku transposes the colorful Kunio-kun world into a wild sports competition, mixing races, wrestling and varied events playable for up to four. The good natured spirit, the humor and the festive chaos of the contests make it an ideal multiplayer title, in the lineage of Technos's great party games. Long obscure in the West, it keeps an infectious retro charm. Worth recommending to fans of the Kunio-kun series and of offbeat sports games to savor with friends.
