Dragon Riders - Chronicles of Pern (Dreamcast) price, value & rarity
Ubi Soft's adaptation of Anne McCaffrey's Dragonriders of Pern, released in early 2001 as a console exclusive to Dreamcast and only in Europe, the US release having been scrapped. With the system already winding down, the PAL print run was small, which explains the sharp gap between disc-only and boxed copies. The pull comes from this territorial scarcity and the fantasy literary licence, rather than from the lukewarm reviews it drew at launch.
