Dungeon Explorer adapts the Japanese hack and slash to Mega CD with team dungeon exploration in local multi up to five players. The version uses the CD format for orchestral soundtrack and cinematics. Excellent for 16 bit multi action fans, dungeon crawler classic.

The PAL version of Hudson Soft's action-RPG, this European Dungeon Explorer is markedly harder to find than its US counterpart, as the Mega CD installed base stayed tiny across Europe. Its value, among the highest in this group when loose, directly reflects that small continental print run. Its local multiplayer for up to five players, inherited from the series' PC Engine roots, adds appeal as a rare co-op title on the add-on in PAL territory.
