An arcade beat-'em-up starring anthropomorphic ducks - yes, really. Colorful, fun and delightfully absurd, which is exactly its charm. Better in co-op, short but well-paced for its time.

Is Dynamite Dux still worth playing in 2026?

A wacky beat them up from Sega, Dynamite Dux advances a hyped up duck and pig who pummel zany enemies with fists and weapons picked up along the way. The cartoon humour, expressive sprites and snappy pace give a joyfully absurd tone, ideal in co-op. The 8 bit conversion loses a little impact against the cabinet but stays readable and fun. For a fan of unashamed retro beat them ups, someone curious about the Sega arcade catalogue or a player after stress relief, the title keeps a comic energy and a direct pleasure.
