Echo Night sequel set on a space station. Oppressive survival horror offers puzzle-solving and ghost encounters. Atmospheric tension is well achieved but replayability is limited. For genre fans seeking an unusual experience.

The North American NTSC release of Echo Night - Beyond reaches one of the highest sealed values in this group, lifted by a small US print for a niche From Software survival horror never reissued. North American demand for pre-Demon's Souls From titles surged as the studio earned belated recognition, pushing complete and especially sealed prices upward. Scarcity here is as much historical as supply-driven, the title now a sought milestone in the From Software lineage.

Is Echo Night - Beyond still worth playing in 2026?

A first person horror adventure from FromSoftware, Echo Night Beyond moves the series to a haunted lunar base, where the hero must soothe the spirits of the dead to unravel a space drama, without ever fighting. The hushed atmosphere, the ghost investigation mechanic and the fear of darkness install a slow, atmospheric and singular horror. The contemplative pace and dated handling call for patience. A spellbinding curiosity for fans of narrative horror and explorers of the FromSoftware catalogue.
