PAL edition of Taito's Elevator Action port, distributed across Europe in 1991. With no dedicated localization but a smaller run than the US release, it proves a touch harder to find complete, which explains its CIB price edging above the USA version. The interest remains that of a solid arcade port with no particular aura: value comes from the more limited European distribution, not from any different content.
