Is Exhumed still worth playing in 2026?

Known as Powerslave, this FPS from Lobotomy Software plunges the player into an ancient Egypt infested with mummies and creatures, in search of artefacts that grant new powers opening previously inaccessible areas. This metroidvania like exploration structure sets the title apart from the linear corridors of the era, backed by a smooth engine. The PS1 handling without dual sticks has aged. An overlooked gem for fans of retro FPS and non linear exploration.
