3D beat-'em-up from Core Design (Tomb Raider) ported to N64. Four characters, street brawling, interactive environments. A Streets-of-Rage-style legacy with so-so execution and sluggish AI. Decent in two-player co-op but well short of its potential.

Description
3D beat'em up developed by Core Design and published by Crave Entertainment in 1999 in Europe and North America. Four heroes with distinct styles, urban environments traveled on foot, pickup weapons, split-screen two-player co-op and massive bosses.

Collector interest

The NTSC-USA Fighting Force 64 stays considerably more attainable than its European counterpart. Core Design's brawler saw a wider American run, keeping loose and boxed copies at reasonable levels. Only sealed stock holds real tension, the usual story for a 1999 latecomer. Interest stays moderate, driven by 3D brawler fans rather than by any established premium, and the US print is the easier of the two regions to track down.
